Upgraded ASICS’s B2B website to reflect their rebranded efforts while also improving the user experience so their clients could more easily browse, buy, and schedule their re-orders. Onboarding screens, filtered views, and user account homepages were all streamlined enabling customers to find what they are looking for faster.
I worked with the European and Australian region managers to engage in user research, find the most important problems to solve, and then prioritize the work with their development teams.
