And here I thought that I was going to be able to make a nice introductory post for the launch of my blog. However, that is hardly the case. It’s nearing 2AM and as I just convinced myself that I’d go to bed early (yeah, 2AM is early for me) I’ve just discovered that I have a research paper (though not incredibly long, a research paper nonetheless) due later this evening. Well damn…

Anyways, thanks to my friend Max for tweaking the blog to get it exactly how I wanted it. Thanks to my friend Amber for pressuring me to finally stop procrastinating and to get off my ass and actually design and develop the blog to completion. And thanks to my wonderful mother who recently made some of the best chili I’ve had in a long time. I love chili.

So here’s to the launch of Casual, Canny, Crap. A place for me to share all my casual, canny, crap… But alas, my procrastination stops here. Time to delve into research pertaining to multicultural literature.
