I’m been in Boston for about three weeks now, and as you can see from my posting (or lack thereof), I haven’t posted in those three weeks. Busy, busy, busy.

I’ve adjusted to my new work schedule and I really enjoy the people I’m working with. Not to mention that it’s a really easy commute to work, usually only taking around 2o minutes to get from our apartment to the office.

After work on weeknights my roommates and I usually just relax at home. One of my friends and I draw/sketch together sometimes (I just started learning how to draw). We also occasionally jam together, seeing as we have quite the collection of instruments at our place. Between the three of us we have: an electric guitar, an acoustic, a bass, two mandolins, a trumpet, a synthesizer, and two ukuleles. In addition, I’m currently waiting on my first paycheck to go through so that I can purchase a digital piano.

On weekends we usually throw parties. Shawn has a lot of friends from his college courses that love to hang out (and drink). There are a lot of great people in the bunch though; I’m glad I’m part of the group that I am.

Alright, I won’t extend this post anymore than it needs to be; I just wanted to shoot out an update to my status in Boston these last few weeks. Expect more frequent updates soon!
