Things I’ve learned while graphic designing for record labels:

- Simplistic designs usually won’t do.
- Add drop shadows or outer glows to everything.
- Use textures everywhere.
- The more bloated the header is, the better.
- Hovers are a must.
- No website is complete without some sort of gallery.
- Back-up all PSDs. They WILL want things brought back from past designs.
